Manage and delete your personal data

Your Right to Data Deletion

At AI Next, we respect your right to control your personal data. In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, you can request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon receiving your deletion request, we will remove the following data associated with your account:

  • Your account profile information (name, email, avatar)
  • Your conversation history and messages
  • Uploaded files and attachments
  • Activity logs and session data
  • Connected channel data and integrations
  • Any other personal data stored on our platform

How to Request Data Deletion

1 From Your Account Settings

If you have access to your account, navigate to Profile Settings and look for the account deletion option. This is the fastest way to delete your data.

2 Contact Support

Send a data deletion request to your account administrator or contact our support team. Please include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your full name as registered
  • A statement requesting data deletion

3 Facebook / Meta Users

If you connected to our service through Facebook or any Meta platform, you can also manage your data through:

  • Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Remove our app
  • This will trigger a data deletion request on our end

Processing Timeline

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been permanently deleted. Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance).

Data Deletion Confirmation

After your data is deleted:

  • Your account will be permanently deactivated
  • All personal information will be removed from our active systems
  • Backups containing your data will be purged within 90 days
  • You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address
